For those looking to get outdoors...

The incredible Forest Park has over 70 miles of trails and we truly cannot recommend a visit enough. It's the largest urban forested park in the continental U.S. Pick a trail, then enjoy a bite and a pint in Portland's beautiful Northwest neighborhood. The Thurman entrance is a great place to start your adventure!

Portland's Japanese Garden is a spectacular and serene 5.5 acre space with a tea house, waterfall, and breathtaking scenery. It's the perfect place to walk, unwind, and take in the wonder.

The International Rose Test Garden is a must see for all flower lovers. It's home to over 600 varieties of roses, and will be fully in bloom during our wedding weekend!

The Portland Saturday Market is legendary. It's the largest arts-and-crafts fair in the US! Stroll along the waterfront while scoping endless booths filled with goodies and snacks.

For those looking for a quick road trip...

The Oregon Coast is under two hours away and is well worth the drive. Some of our favorite coast towns are Pacific City, Canon Beach, and Manzanita.

Hood River is known for its world-class wind surfing and incredible views of the Columbia River. Picnic near the water and watch the action, visit a local brewery, or explore their gorgeous wineries with epic views of Mt. Hood.

Just 30 miles east of Portland sits Multnomah Falls. This incredible waterfall cascades over 600 feet and will take your breath away. Remember to grab a pass if you go!
